SUPER EASY FANTASTICALLY DELICIOUS HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST

1 (.25 oz) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl combine yeast, sugar and water. Allow to completely dissolve, until creamy, about 5-10 minutes, then stir. Add flour, oil and salt. Beat until smooth. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Roll out on a lightly floured surface.

I used a pizza stone, transfered my round dough to the stone and added our toppings. I baked in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Once you remove your pizza from the oven, allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

YUM YUM! Enjoy!

In our house we are big fans of the basic pepperoni and olive pizza. The secret to loving something so basic? RANCH DRESSING!!!! Yummy!!

Pizza crust sounds yummy!! I like chicken, bacon, tomatoes and alfredo sauce on my pizzas (but my VERRRY favorite pizza is the ground pepperoni from Dominico's)
